This is not a sit-back-and-coordinate role.

We’re looking for someone who can lead, execute, and deliver—someone who understands MSP environments, can get their hands dirty technically, and knows how to keep projects moving without constant oversight.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will own all aspects of project delivery across our client base. That means:

• Running projects from start to finish
• Completing technical work when needed
• Leading internal team members on larger projects
• Communicating directly with clients
• Making sure nothing falls through the cracks

You are the person who ensures projects get done correctly, on time, and without chaos.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership

• Take full responsibility for assigned projects from kickoff to completion
• Define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage multiple projects at once without losing control

Execution (Hands-On)

• Perform technical work when needed (Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, etc.)
• Validate all work before it reaches the client

Team Leadership

• Coordinate engineers and help desk staff on project tasks
• Assign work clearly and hold team members accountable
• Remove blockers and keep momentum

Client Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact during projects
• Keep clients informed, confident, and happy
• Manage expectations and handle issues professionally

Process & Organization

• Maintain clear project plans and documentation
• Help improve how we deliver projects as we grow

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in an MSP environment
• Strong technical background:
  • Microsoft 365 / Azure
  • Networking (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
  • Server infrastructure (cloud and on-prem)
• Proven ability to manage and complete IT projects
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
